Planisware 5 SP3, de la mise \u00e0 jour de la configuration de patchs (obin) et de la pose du dernier applet Java il peut arriver qu\u2019\u00e0 la connexion une double authentification soit n\u00e9cessaire pour se connecter :<\/p><p>d\u2019abord l\u2019authentification classique du serveur HTTP :<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element aga\u00e7ant de renseigner chaque fois 2 fois son identifiant et mot de passe de connexion\u2026.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0956d7 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"b0956d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #003333;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Etape 1 : v\u00e9rification de la pr\u00e9sence du patch sc7593 (en v3.3 minimum)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Pour commencer il faut v\u00e9rifier si le patch sc7593-is.obin est bien pr\u00e9sent (en v3.3 minimum) dans la configuration de patchs du serveur d\u2019application Planisware sous \u00ab \/Location_Installation_Directory\/OPX2Modules\/updates\/ \u00bb.<\/p><p>Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, il faut l\u2019ajouter ou le mettre \u00e0 jour.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #003333; text-decoration: underline;\">Etape 2 : v\u00e9rification de la version de l\u2019applet Java (v5.3.0.9 minimum)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Ensuite il faut v\u00e9rifier que la version de l\u2019applet Java pr\u00e9sent sur le serveur est bien sup\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 5.3.0.9. Pour rappel l\u2019applet et ses fichiers sont pr\u00e9sents sur le serveur d\u2019application Planisware sous \u00ab \/OPX2HttpRoot\/java\/ \u00bb.<\/p><p>Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, il faut mettre \u00e0 jour l\u2019applet.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #003333; text-decoration: underline;\">Etape 3 : mise \u00e0 jour du module \u00ab mod_opx2.so \u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Le probl\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 corrig\u00e9 par Planisware dans une version du module compl\u00e9mentaire apache d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 Planisware. Ce module \u00ab mod_opx2.so \u00bb est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral situ\u00e9 sous \u00ab \/OPX2HTTPServer\/modules\/ \u00bb.<\/p><p>Pour conna\u00eetre la version de ce module sous UNIX on peut ex\u00e9cuter la commande bash suivante :<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d490051 elementor-widget elementor-widget-code-highlight\" data-id=\"d490051\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"code-highlight.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prismjs-default copy-to-clipboard \">\n\t\t\t<pre data-line=\"\" class=\"highlight-height language-javascript line-numbers\">\n\t\t\t\t<code readonly=\"true\" class=\"language-javascript\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<xmp><span >strings mod_opx2.so | sort | head <\/span><\/xmp>\n\t\t\t\t<\/code>\n\t\t\t<\/pre>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8cc7e6b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8cc7e6b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le module mod_opx2.so doit \u00eatre au minimum en version 5.3.0.2. Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas il faut r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la bonne version du module dans le dernier CD d\u2019installation ou directement aupr\u00e8s de Planisware.
