Training Objectives

At the end of the training, the trainee should be able to:

Build, plan, and monitor a project.
Build and adapt the costs and expenses of a project.
Communicate the status of the project.
Identify the interactions between different roles (project manager, resource manager, portfolio manager, etc.) within the Planisware tool.
Apply Agile methodology within the Planisware tool.
